susan.Thanks for the delicious recipe, and the recipe to make your own noodles. I've already added the link to my favorites. I'm definitely going to make it with my daughters, then I'll let my son taste it first, he is always a grateful object. :-)

Some times I make the stir fried noodles like this.. just stir frying in few tablespoons of oil a cup chicken stock (or 2 chicken bulions cubes with a cup of water) mineced garlic with a sprinkling of dried red chili flakes, a large can of salmon..cook a few min.. add noodles to the sauce.stir cook.

Also, if you don't want to make them by hand buy some extra long linguinie noodles and use those for your stir fry.

@Juelma here is a link for making Longevity noodles by hand. You can also use any noodle recipe you are familiar with already, just be sure to cut them extra long. I boil mine for a few minutes drain and then stir fry them in a wok (large skillet) that I just fried green onion and veggies...

I usually ask Chin Ki-Pu, in any high street in the UK. ;)

@Elaine, been getting those kinds of scam emails for 20 years, but like Kez I used a dumper email addy to register here, and it was plagued by spam mails from gambling sites for a couple of years, that's who Kingy flogged them to.
