Please advise as to the status of "automatic refunds" for games that error out. It is quite tedious to have to constantly keep track and chase refunds for games in which "something went wrong" and the score doesn't post upon completion.

OH so the "oneth" of may is the 11th of may. ok got it. i got this message when i went to play a free roll "Playing is disabled due to site update". so by letting us log on and attempt to play a game on a site that is supposedly shut down for updates is your idea of closed 4maintenance! got it royal

how can u close down the site before the freeroll ends.

1th of May 2021... so royal has announced a shut down on the 1th of May 2021...any idea what that date means or when this shut down will occur here? i mean the first of may has come and gone what is this oneth they speak of... ps is it odd that they just all of a sudden ok'd my request to withdraw $

Didn't we have these games a couple of weeks ago? It seems like it at least. Got so boring here now.

It is mind blowing that they are taking money from their customers to play the games, yet they cannot pay anyone. this has to be one of the worst sites for game freezing and customer service. Its non existent . I just cant understand why they can accept incoming payments yet they cant payout.
