I must applaud the long covid rehab team, my therapist and Dietitian though because they are trying despite not knowing too much.

@Crystal I caught covid last October ever since then I've had to deal with long covid ( no smell or taste and constantly knackered) I hope it comes back soon :( tested positive for the 2nd time a few days ago.. doesn't feel like new years and it's certainly been different to the previous ones.

Happy New Year everyone, hope 2022 is much better for all of us. Don't feel much like celebrating NYE tho, exactly 2 years ago tonight that dreadful sore throat started which heralded the first bout of covid, and seem to have been fighting it ever since.

Good to hear Jb, worth taking Vit D supplements to support their immune system, never enough sunshine in the winter months to allow body to make it naturally.
