At the bottom of the site you can change your country, for example try that on the German page. The chat there is also in German. It could also be a bug that causes some gamers to get a black screen. So try to play in another language. You can just go back to your own language, no problem.

mimi, sorry to hear that, but we repeatedly warned people that site was a scam. Set up to steal peoples' data, I'd advise changing any payment card you've used there before they use your ID and email to screw money out of you. :(
