Getting the same message when I try to withdraw my balance. "The amount is invalid, must be a numeric value"

Trying to withdraw and keep getting the message "The amount is invalid, must be a numeric value". but it will not let me change it. What gives?

I have tried GameDuell already so I can't transfer only. I agree with others who say it's a cold site so I'm going to try PLAY123. Nothing will compare to RG before it switched to the new format and eliminated 3/4 of the games, including my high score and most played games.

So RG you partnered with GameDuell. Now can you convince them to add subscription /club accounts for those of us who live in non gambling states in the US? The site just gives play money (small amount limited to practice players.) and also loads your email with ads to get you to upgrade. .

I don't like the GameDuell site. I had tried it before and had them cancel my account. So since you are somewhat involved with them, I created a new account, different email, but will not upgrade to cash or play at all until/if I see their site is more like Royal Games.

Fellow "former" Royal gamers, I wish you the best. I seriously doubt I will see you on GameDuell. I had looked at the site before and really didn't like it. So hoping you find a good gaming site in the future, as for me, I'm going back to Big Fish video games! Stay well!

@jestern1. I have had a reply from support. There is a bug in the system and they are working to correct it.

@ jesternl, I'm sure they'll sort it soon, so that the closing balances can be withdrawn. All the best all...

Why didn't you say anything when asked if you were changing to GameDuell? And am I correct that GD requires us to pay membership in order to play? I (and many, many others here) dumped plenty of money throughout the years on this site. You could have asked for a fee rather than close the site.
