Flash is going to disappear on December 31st 2020. It’s a difficult situation but the powers that be have decided that Flash has to go. We would love to be able to keep things running the way they were but it’s just not possible.
We are a very small crew of dedicated guys and gals that want the best for this site and for all of you that have stuck with us through thick and thin. Sadly, we have to make some changes to ensure we can keep things running and improving in 2021 and beyond.

We really wanted to convert all of the games but this has turned out to be far more complicated than we initially anticipated. So we took the hard decision to start converting the most popular games. For the beginning of 2021, the following (should) be the lineup of games moving forward.

Performance Issues in HTML5 Games
HTML5 can be more RAM and CPU intensive than Flash, which means older systems can struggle.
Trust me, I see everything! I hear the complaints and I am going to address them in 2021.
We are going to look at optimisation for HTML5 games in 2021. We are investigating RAM usage and aim to outline RAM requirements. This should give you all a better performance benchmark, but hopefully we can bring those requirements down in 2021. This is not going to be an overnight process however, so as per usual, I very much appreciate your patience.
Flash Games
What this means is we are going to be delisting the vast majority of our Flash games by the end of the year. This is not a decision we have taken lightly but it is our only choice. We can’t support these games if the browsers do not.
The shame is we lose a lot of classic games and no doubt some of our amazing long-term players, which is horrible. We hope you do stick around because we are always trying to think about the future and how we can improve things. My hope is that in 2021 we get to concentrate less on HTML5 (basically keeping the site alive) and more on bug fixes, improvements and new features.
Site Features
We are also porting over the Castle, Avatars, Spinners, Freeroll Spinners and all of the other little Flash Elements that make up the site. The aim is to also have this done by December 31st 2020. There is a small possibility that some elements might not be entirely finished, but we are working hard to make sure this does not happen.
Summary
So there it is! That is what is happening in its entirety. I have to reiterate, I wish we could have converted every game, but with all the will in the world it just could not happen. I know we are going to lose some of you and I completely understand. All I can say is thank you so much for being part of this site and creating one of the most unique gaming communities on the planet. I sincerely hope you do stay and that we continue to keep entertaining you for many more years to come.
Jungle Bubble is a resend game with about 14 players who play AT LEAST ONCE and usually multiple times a day and this group has played together for many years.
Is there any hope of converting it to an HTML game?
For now it will exist but there are some minor adjustments being made on number of games and prize pools. However, plan is to make the ranking levels more fair.
You have updated Cat Corner this morning and now the colours are much clearer again. Thank you for that. It is a shame that many of the games are still waiting for transfer but hopefully with time you will get it sorted. In the meantime HTML5 is fine for me. Thank you for a fun site.
I am sticking with you thick and thin and will be patient with waiting for the few weeks of game crash refunds i haven't gotten back :) But please believe you guys/gals can manifest anything you want, bring back all beloved games with more participation, pots, fees for you and withdrawals for us~
Thank you for your support! None of these decisions were taken lightly. We looked at so many different possibilities and solutions for the best part of 3 years and sadly this was the best solution we could deliver. I am hoping we can bring some more games over in 2021.

Over 10 years and deposited 10s of thousands... it takes a site going through such hardship and may survive or fold that I read the Fool's posts and comments daily... Players let's be optimistic and point out issues with more positivity for appreciation of them creating this place for us to have fun
for the future... Don't give up the old games. considering rerolling out some of the classics (like Gogo 21) after dust settles and let us maybe vote for it. Majority of the graphics are done, easier than starting new games right? Load them as new games and let us restart... I support u.
Regardlesss how tough things have been, no matter how much we complain, know that we LOVE the site, the games and the royalgame team behind the scene...it make sense why no new games last few years. my stomach is turning feeling loss. pls consider letting us vote for some games to keep /convert

@wings, might not be a "reason", or 1 of many possibilities, but noticing a lot of greenies (club players) in same boat as you. Possible Kingy have overlooked something in the coding for your different status to gold and silver accs?.
I found the http://html5test.com and my desktop I am on scored 528 out of a 555. My new laptop scored a 545 out of a 555, both use Edge browser. Mind telling me WHY this darn site won't let me play any HTML games? Can't wait for the reason. Even this site can't tell me why I can't play o0n HTML
failed Fakebook escapade? Even in the licensed games era, M Mahjong was as popular as any of them, and since Bejewelled2 went, no other game comes close to the numbers played. It cannot die, it's still the only game I know with regular challenges full to the maximum number of players.

I understand that you have to make adjustments and it's not feasible at the moment to convert all of the games, but I'm pretty sad as most of my favorite games will be gone. It's pretty disappointing as I've been a member for many years. I mostly play Hens Defense, Midas Mahjong & 5 Card Solitaire.
