@tt4562 I have had no problems getting people from support to reply to my support tickets. I have always asked for a personal reply not an automated or "taken from a list" reply and get an answer.

For you people defending RG saying its a great site for playing fun games. Yes it is , but its not ok to keep my 650 euro and not paying them out since November 2020. I have now made 5 withdrawls from DC site using paypal and guess what , it still takes only 2-3 days for them to get into my account.

Just a poor man's guess about the awol freeroll from yesterday.....since there is no income, they are unable to keep paying people at a sufficient level to keep everyone happy. No paycheck, no work.

they have no money to pay out and thet gone AWOL what you expect start a law conduction against breach of rules they will sort it then or just be closed SORTED

We are used to having Freerolls, I get that. Yet I find it amazing that people genuinely complain about stuff they get free. You complain about something that is free for you. You do not lose anything. The real thing you lose when you play those games is fresh air and time with your actual friends.

@diana Precies! Hoewel ik ook nog nooit iets heb gewonnen wat de moeite van het opnemen waard was haha de inzet geeft gewoon wat meer spanning aan het spelletje.

I got so fed up that I actually did get RG to delete my account. However this week, I actually did miss playing my free games so got the account reinstated! Something has happened but they are still the best games to play (compare to King with rubbish graphics)

Spelen is voor de fun en als je wat wint dan moet je het terug brengen in het spel.

What happened to Tuesday free rolls games this week?

humm..I wonder if the Freeroll person on rg staff is on vacation or there is some code in the fr setup that they've been "working" on and it messed up. Could be anything, who knows. Whatever happened I hope we'll still have the Tuesday ones.
