MIX TOGETHER
3 T. DARK BAKING COCOA
2 t. BAKING POWDER
2 C. SIFTED FLOUR ( USE GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIXTURES )
12 t. SALT
13 C. MILK ( WATER FOR DAIRY FREE IS FINE )
( MY SECRET --IS ADD 1-2 T. INSTANT COFFEE OR 1 T. INSTANT ESPRESSO!! LOL )
STIR TILL WELL BLENDED THEN CHILL FOR 2-3 HOURS
ROLL INTO 1 INCH BALLS THEN ROLL INTO POWDERED SUGAR
PLACE ON GREASED BAKING SHEET 2-3 INCHES APART
BAKE AT 350* FOR 10-15 MINUTES I LIKE THEM ABOUT 10 SO THEY ARE CRISP ON THE OUTSIDE BUT CHEWEY IN THE MIDDLE. COOL BEFOR TAKING OFF SHEETS AND THEN ON COOLING RACK THEY GET HARDER AS THEY COOL
SO i TAKE THEM OUT EARLIER
